Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you have a clear and simple way to return it. This policy explains your rights and how to use them.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you nominated) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
For orders containing multiple items shipped separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.
3. How to start a return
- Sign in to your account → orders and open the order you want to return — or email support@beemotors.com with your order number (format
BM-XXXXXX). - Tell us which items you want to return and why (this helps us improve, but is not required).
- We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation, the return address, and instructions.
- Pack the items securely (preferably in the original packaging) and ship them back using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the parcel we will refund you — typically within a few business days.
4. Condition of returned items
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition.
- All original parts, accessories, manuals and packaging must be included.
- You may inspect and handle the item to establish its nature and characteristics — as you would in a physical store. Any handling beyond that may reduce the refund amount.
5. Return shipping
- The cost of return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or our error (wrong item shipped).
- We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service. We cannot refund items lost in transit on the way back to us.
- For large or heavy items we can arrange a carrier collection — the cost will be quoted before we book it.
6. Refund timing & method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the same card, SEPA account or invoice credit used at checkout).
- We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or — for cancellations before shipment — within 14 days of your request.
- The original shipping cost is refunded for full-order returns made within the 14-day withdrawal window. For partial returns, shipping is not refunded.
- Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Exceptions & non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised parts produced to your specifications.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons and have been unsealed (e.g. certain fluids, lubricants).
- Goods which by nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Software or digital goods once activated or downloaded.
- B2B orders where individually-negotiated terms apply (please refer to your contract).
8. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@beemotors.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange — at our cost — a replacement, repair or full refund as you prefer, in line with your statutory rights.
9. Legal warranty of conformity
In addition to the 14-day withdrawal right, EU consumers benefit from a statutory warranty of conformity (typically 3 years for new goods in Spain). If a product develops a defect that is not caused by normal wear, misuse, or accident, you can ask for repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
10. Cancelling an order before shipment
You can request to cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us at support@beemotors.com or from your orders page. If the order has already shipped, please follow the standard return procedure above once it arrives.
