Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of www.beemotors.com and any purchase you make from BeeMotors S.L. ("BeeMotors", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. About us

2. Your account

• You may browse the storefront without an account, but checkout requires either guest details or a registered account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

3. Products & pricing

• All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT (currently 21% for Spain) unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping fees, customs duties or import taxes (for non-EU destinations) are added at checkout or invoiced separately.
• Product images and descriptions are illustrative; minor variations in colour, dimensions or packaging may occur.
• We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. If a clear pricing error is detected after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Stock availability is shown in real time but is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.

4. Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract of sale is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order for any lawful reason (out of stock, suspected fraud, pricing error, shipping restrictions, etc.) and refund any payment taken.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe using cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit, or other methods shown at checkout.
• For B2B customers we may offer payment by invoice with agreed terms; this is granted at our discretion.
• Payment must be received in full before the order is shipped, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Shipping & delivery

• We ship across Europe and to selected international destinations.
• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. They are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss or damage in transit is covered by us until the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Re-shipment of parcels returned due to a wrong address will be charged.

7. Risk & ownership

Title to the products passes to you on full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

8. Returns & refunds

Consumers in the EU enjoy a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, exclusions and the return process are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Warranty & conformity

Products are sold with the legal warranty of conformity required by EU and Spanish consumer law (typically 3 years for new goods to consumers, from the date of delivery). Manufacturer warranties may apply in addition. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@beemotors.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that:

• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the storefront — including the BeeMotors name, logo, photos, product descriptions, software and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially reuse our content without prior written permission.

12. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the storefront for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information at checkout or registration.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to bypass any security feature.
• Use bots or automated systems to place orders or extract data.
• Re-sell our products in violation of any applicable export or sanction law.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Spain have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time the order was placed.
